1 on 1 and group in-person Training
Are you local to Winston-Salem, Greensboro, or High Point, NC? That's the area where I'm currently planted. I can come to you, or we can meet at Sportscenter Athletic Club in High Point, NC. We set a schedule and meet up to workout one on one to get you to your fitness goals with in-person accountability. You can also get a group together and your whole squad can sweat and slay!
Maybe you live farther away, and you still want to take advantage of training with me. Virtual training is a great option to still get great results with me "being there" coaching you from the computer screen. The best part of virtual training is that you don't have to leave your home! Save time and money, and get your sweat on in the comfort of your own home.
